Mr. Fung Tze Wa (“Mr. Fung”), is a certified public accountant in Hong Kong. After graduation from University, he joined PwC, the big 4 accounting firm and obtained the Practising Certificate after working five years in PwC. He established his own CPA firm in 1985 and is the Chairman of the board of Kenswick CPA.

Mr. Fung has many years of experience in auditing, taxation, IPO, M&A and listed company audit in Hong Kong. During his over thirty years of practising period, he has assisted several companies to list on the Main board and GEM board of Hong Kong. He was also the engagement partner to sign the audit reports for listed companies in different industries as well as M&A transactions including major transaction, very substantial acquisition and very substantial disposal transactions.

He obtained a master degree in professional accounting from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2000. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors.

Mr. Wu Tin Chun (“Mr. Wu”), is a certified public accountant in Hong Kong and member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors Association of Chinese Internal Auditors. Mr. Wu has over 10 years of experience in the Accounting and Auditing industry.

Before his own practise, he was a Senior Audit Manager in a CPA firm. He mainly in charged in Pre-IPO projects and auditing services. He also acted as an Accountant under the financial reporting team in Hong Kong's main board listed company. He helped in the company's financial reporting, budget, forecast as well as corporate tax planning. He specializes in auditing as a Certified Public Accountant (Practising) and Pre-IPO internal control review. He has a wealth of experience in advising clients of different sizes ranging of family-owned private businesses and tax planning.

Mr. Jason Law is a Fellow Member (Practising) of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FCPA, Practising) and a seasoned professional in accounting, corporate governance, and advisory services. With over 20 years of experience, he currently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) of a listed company in Hong Kong.

Mr. Law has extensive experience in auditing, tax advisory, corporate governance, company secretary services, and consulting for both private enterprises and listed companies. Over the course of his career, he has advised businesses across a broad range of industries and is known for his expertise in compliance, financial reporting, and corporate restructuring. His professional insight also covers governance frameworks and board-level advisory work.

He holds a Master of Corporate Governance from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional. He is a Fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute (HKCGI) and a Fellow Member of The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong (TIHK).

Mr. Lai Sai Kong (“Mr. Lai”) is a certified public accountant in Hong Kong and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the City University of Hong Kong. He has over 5 years of experience in accounting and business administration, along with more than 10 years in the auditing industry.

Mr. Lai previously served as an audit manager at a CPA firm, where he was in charge of component audit engagements for the Hong Kong branches of Korean conglomerates listed on the Korea Exchange. He was also responsible for several M&A exercises involving private company clients.

Before joining Kenswick, Mr. Lai operated his own practice, providing high-quality audit and tax services to local businesses across diverse industries. He possesses extensive experience in the auditing of small to medium-sized enterprises.

Mr. Law Kin Ho (“Mr. Law”) is currently a practising certified public accountant in Hong Kong. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom.

Mr. Law has extensive experience in auditing and accounting, and taxation fields in Hong Kong. He graduated from the Hong Kong Baptist University (“HKBU”) with an Honours Diploma in Accounting and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and started his career with Ernst & Young (Big 4 accounting firm) for 5 years. He also worked with The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in its Compliance Department, and Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong) Company Limited as a Financial Controller.

Mr. Law also has extensive experience in corporate governance fields in Hong Kong, and has obtained a Master of Science Degree in Corporate Governance and Directorship from HKBU in 2017. He started serving independent non-executive director (“INED”) in 2002 and is currently an INED of Lai Fung Holdings Limited (Lai Sun Group company, HKSE stock code: 1125) since 2009. He also served INEDs of Coastal Greenland Limited (HKSE stock code: 1124), Aurum Pacific (China) Group Limited (HKSE stock code: 8148), Creative China Holdings Limited (HKSE stock code: 8368) and Sunlight (1977) Holdings Limited (HKSE stock code: 8451).

Mr. Ng Ka Chun, Fletcher (“Mr. Ng”), is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). Mr. Ng is based in Hong Kong with over a decade of experience in the audit practice, he provides audit services to both listed and private companies in Hong Kong. He also has experiences in IPO reporting.

Prior to joining Kenswick, Mr. Ng spent 9 years working for a big 4 and a second-tier accounting firm. His clientele spanned across various industries including trading, property investment, retail business, video game and education industry.

Mr. Cheung Siu Wa is a certified public accountant(practising) and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He brings over ten years of professional experience in auditing industry.

Mr. Cheung specializes in providing assurance and tax advisory services to private company across a diverse range of industries, including international logistics, global trading, healthcare services, and the jewellery sector.

Mr. Chung Yuen Lung (“Mr. Chung”), is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (HKICPA). He has over 7 years of experience in the auditing field.

Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Chung worked in a sizeable CPA firm and acquired extensive knowledge and experience in both listed and private companies in Hong Kong, with wide range of clients in different industries including trading, property development and investment, civil engineering and building works, securities trading and investments and assets management etc.

Mr. Yamamoto is a Certified Public Tax Accountant and an Administrative solicitor in Japan. After graduated from Hosei University, the Tokyo’s Big 6 University, he has worked in the biggest accounting firm in Japan for three years and later joined an audit firm with branches in Japan, Hong Kong and Shenzhen PRC.

Mr. Yamamoto has extensive experience in auditing, international taxation, investment support from overseas to Japan. He is also a frequent seminar speaker and instructor.

Mr. Zhang is a certified management Accountant in PRC. He has extensive experience in auditing, PRC tax affairs, setting up companies in PRC.

He provides professional service in corporate management, financial planning, listing finance and expansion plans to medium and largeenterprises in PRC and overseas.
